PREFACE

The City of Indian Hills Municipal Code is a codification of the general and permanent ordinances of Indian Hills, Kentucky.

In the legislative history notes, the code of the former city of Indian Hills-Cherokee Section is designated as CC; ordinances of the former city of Indian Hills-Cherokee Section are designated as CO; the code of the former city of Winding Falls is designated as WFC; ordinances of the former city of Robinswood are designated as RO; and ordinances of the former city of Indian Hills-Country Club are designated as CCO. Ordinances of the new city of Indian Hills are designated by ordinance number only.

A subject-matter index, with complete cross-referencing, locates specific code provisions by individual section numbers.
